Todd M. Gilman is licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard as a Master Captain (USA 000601034) entitled under Title 46 (Shipping US Code) Merchant Mariners Credential. Todd has over 44 years of knowledge and experience on the Westport Waters. Todd is also a Certified Yamaha Technician.

All vessels are licensed by the State of Connecticut and certified for Charters, Parties, Groups and Activities.

In addition to a Master Captain's License, Todd holds a Masters of Arts in Teaching Physical Education, Health Education and Elementary Education.

As Camp Director, Todd has over 29 years of experience creating and offering summer camps:
